MenuPad was launched by Chris Sullivan, co-founder of the Outback Steakhouse restaurant company with over 900 restaurants worldwide, and a host of other industry enterprises. In the beginning, MenuPad set out with one goal – to make the restaurant experience more relevant to the daily lives and habits of its patrons. Chris recognized the opportunity to integrate technology as a means of improving key performance indicators such as increased ticket times and table turn, decreased order error and overall improvements in guest satisfaction. All of this ultimately adding up to greater profitability for the restaurateur.
